First, in the case of the request
the judge has come to a decision.
Your request has been dismissed.
After due consideration, close examination of the presented artifact, and taking into account the rules of PROJECT 52, with special attention given to clause 7, in addition taking into account the submitter's claim on the time of creation of the submitted artifact and the lack of evidence of tampering with the embedded information on the creation time of such, and furthermore the fact that the submission period had not been declared closed, the judge has determined that there is no basis whatsoever to comply with the aforementioned request as the artifact in question has apparently been, in compliance with clause 7, taken within the respective period declared for this instance of PROJECT 52 and, in accordance with common practice, been submitted before the respective instance of PROJECT 52 has been declared closed. Therefore the judge cannot comply with the above request and will have to consider the artifact as a timely entry.
For all others: Closed for submission, the winner will be announced later today - in a timezone of the of the judge's discretion.
