Microsoft Edge. Guess what, the computer just did an almost 2 hour update, and now the "like" emoji is back!

Thanks for taking the time to help; I still don't know what happened; but all's good now!

I don't see the "Like" on posts, any longer. Is it on my end, or what?

Cotton Hand Strap

Just received my CCS Hand Strap. Excellent service, extremely fast shipping! The hand strap is very well made, attractive, and I love it; except it cannot be adjusted enough for my small hand! I wish there was a way to adjust it smaller, but there just isn't.

However, I would still highly recommend this product for those with "normal" sized/large hands!

DA 15/4 vs Samyang 16/2 - advice wanted

It's dishonest to say the least. I would be most unhappy if I sold a lens and it was taken on a vacation, then returned to me! One can try out a lens in an hour or so right around the house, rather than being shady "buying" one for a vacation, then wanting to return it.

Sorry, but I find this very distasteful for someone to even suggest another member do this, there's no "good faith" involved!:(

Frankly, a reply that is so disrespectful, rather than helpful; certainly is not what I've come to expect from this forum. :(

"I decide

That's correct. You decide for your photos, and the rest of us decide what works best for us. If we are happy with the results; there's no right or wrong way to use our cameras. :)

That's true, however my question was, who decides the best possible settings? You, others, or the one taking the photo?

And who decides what the "best possible settings" for someone are? As photographers, we decide for ourselves what we wish the camera to do, in order to achieve what WE want in a photo. Perhaps my photos to someone else, could be better, if I had used the "best possible settings"; however, the photos are pleasing to me, so does that not count?

Ratings and Reviews do you trust them and why?

I don't trust any reviews unless they are from verified users; and that's difficult to prove also. If I see countless reviews about a problem with a product, then to be on the safe side, I probably would side step that product. Otherwise, for camera equipment, I trust the members here, as I've gotten to know which members are trustworthy in their reviews.

The top LCD is much handier for me to check during photographing, I just glance down & can change settings. Using the back display means I would have to take the camera off the target, adjust settings, then go back to the target.

4-5 images per post, I would look at. 79? Absolutely not, way too many, and that large number actually masks the really top notch images that may have stood out on their own.

Those with slow internet access would find that many images a complete nightmare to wade thru, at a snail's pace.

I agree with everything here. I would definitely clone out the graffiti, as that is where my eyes went first. :( Without the graffiti, (cheating or not); your photo then becomes an absolute stunning image!!

Why are the Q's so expensive??

If people think the Q's are just a toy/fad; then yes they are expensive. However, I see the Q as an amazing camera and the lenses also are pretty neat. The 08 is on my dream list.

Of course, when you buy a Q lens, paying a "large" amount, and you receive a tiny lens, perhaps some don't feel they got their money's worth.

I wouldn't mind picking up a Q7 to keep my Q company. Not sure about the other Q's; I'd probably love any of them.

A bison can do pretty well defending themselves; and rarely are they completely alone. The rest of the herd is probably close by.
