I have a Sigma 150-500 for Pentax. They did not make the Pentax 150-450 when I purchased it. I found the switch to super telephoto to be very helpful.

I know you mentioned Yongnuo, but just in case, I would recommend the Godox lineup of transmitter and flash units. There are the Godox V1-C (light) and Godox XPro-C (transmitter) products that would most likely be compatible with your current Canon camera. You could check with the dealer prior to purchasing to make sure. I have the XPro-P transmitter and two V-1 P lights along with other Godox products. They are excellent. Below are some links to two Godox products for Canon (the transmitter and light types). The C on the title of the products iterates that they are for use with Canon products.

I use my Pentax 16-85 occasionally for people shots. I also use it for landscape. It is on my K-3 II and it is excellent. I have used it with flash and with just natural light. I like that it has zoom range capability. I also have the Pentax 70-200 on my K-1 II. That combination is also excellent.
