Poll: What would you do if Pentax does not announce a FF for 2013?

Meh.

I'm sensor size agnostic.

I could probably be tempted by the the successor to the K5, regardless of the physical size of the sensor.

I've been using LaCie rugged drives for a while without any problems.

The only external drive that I have had trouble with, was a 1TB WD that died.

That's so close to my experience :)

Early 1970's, my chemistry teacher ran a lunch time photography club. I was actually developing and printing before I got my first camera for my 13th birthday, a second hand Zenit B.

You can download a 30 day trial of Adobe Lightroom, from where you can manage all of your images, and probably do all of your editing, from the one application.

Do you have to make EXIF data public on flickr? Why, why not?

I have a GPS tracker on the company vehicle, they know where I am anyway :D

If I'm posting an image on flickr, the EXIF data is normally intact, including email address and GPS co-ords.

I've bought two lenses from SRS in the last two years, and had great service from them, with prompt delivery in both cases.

In my opinion, yes.
I've not done a huge amount of flash work, but have seen a real improvement since using a Gary Fong lightsphere while bouncing the flash of the ceiling and wall

I have two 1TB external drives drives attached to my iMac, one holds my referenced RAW files, the other is my Time Machine backup drive.
Although, because Aperture 3 can now switch between libraries on the fly, I'm considering moving away from the referenced master layout, to storing within the libraries, as this seems to be a simpler way of archiving.

I add some basic keywords at the importation stage, as well as appending copyright and contact info to the EXIF data.

Do you have a battery grip fitted?

If so, check that the front and rear dials on the grip aren't sitting between the detents.
This can cause the ones on the body to be unresponsive.

I've had to check the EXIF data, to see how long I've been shooting digital, and apparently I started in 2001, where did the last decade(almost) go?

I've always bought Sandisk cards. Usually the highest spec available at the time. No card failures.

If only hard drives were so reliable.

I've used some cheaper grip straps over time, but for the last few months I've been using the Camdapter one, with the Manfrotto base plate. Great build quality and comfort.

rear e-dial on K20D stops working

Do you have the battery grip fitted?
It's possible to have the e-dial on the grip in between the detents, and this can cause the e-dial on the body to stop responding to user input.

Most of the time I use a Lowepro Stealth Reporter 100 AW.
It has enough room for the K20D and grip, Sigma 50mm f/1.4, DA 18-55mm II, DA 70mm ltd, FAJ 75-300mm, a couple of filters, pens, cards, lens cloths, et al.

I also have a Mini Trekker AW, for the occasions when I need to carry more. But I find it a bit uncomfortable to wear for any sustained period. So I've been looking to replace it.

I'm in the UK, and in June last year I looked at buying a DA 70 from the importer.
They happened to be out of stock, so when the opportunity came up in early February this year, I tried again and saved 20 on the June price.

I never could get on with a neck strap. I've used a Hama hand strap for a bunch of years, but recently bought a Camdapter Hand Strap with the optional Manfrotto QR baseplate.
