We took my friends dogs out for a walk on sunday, decided to pull the 400mm out to get some use of it again.
nothing super exciting but it was fun to watch the 2 of them play.... not to mention their love of that stick! :D

Surprisingly enough not much carnage this weekend. It is the end of the season so their cars are in various states of damage from previous competitions though :D
Thanks, they got even closer at the end of the bank but I wasn't able to get a good shot there. Both great drivers
Jer, I'd be happy to answer any questions you have to try and help. It's something that has taken me years to get comfortable with after LOTS of trial and error but I should be able to point you in the right direction

you'd be surprised what i find IN my camera after such events... i spend a good hour after each event cleaning. And i wear my rocket blower around my neck for quick cleans between runs

personally i'd have had the light a bit more to the front of her (lighting up her more than the chair) but other than that i'd say you got a winner (picture and gf) :D

It's funny you bring that up Jer, they did a demo at Texas motor speedway 6-8 weeks ago with some big race event there (slips my mind) and I believe they are looking at adding an event there next season. so you might see more of it ;)
