Did you mean the iso on the flash? Because i was manual on the camera with iso 100. I dropped ev as low as possible on my f3.5 shots to not over exposure. My f16 shots were fine.
I meant flash and iso both lighten the photo when aperture and shutter are set at settings that can't give proper exposure. In TAv (without flash)iso goes up. In manual with flash, flash power goes up.
I actually like manual flash but for macro insects i don't have time to adjust settings. Used old pt04 triggers for years with nikon sb 28s. My 360fgz is used in slave.

Before i converted a nikkor 105 2.5 ai I considered a Kaleinar-5N 100/2.8 m42. A bit outside the box but fits the price with m42 adapter.

Got my youngnuo 585ex lights. Have 360agz on camera. Outside at f16+ and 180 i got great exposure. Inside at f3.5 180 i was way overexposed. I also don't see a preflash in wireless mode but do when not in wireless.
Q1 why am i not getting preflash in wireless mode.
Q2 does pttl fire even when not needed thus over exposure?
Am i right to think pttl with camera in manual is like TAv except flash takes ISO's place?
Just learning and help is appreciated.
Thanks

Why would it say it has 4 channels unless it has an internal receiver?

I will be getting 2 of these in a couple of days. It says something about 4 channels. I know i can use them with my 360fgz but can i also use a trigger and they have a built in receiver? I plan on upgrading my remote flash trigger system mainly to use standard batteries.

That is very interesting how it looks like the tree is painted on glass in front of a picture of sky. Love the effect and totally not like any of my 40xs pictures.

The 16-85 would be a good one. The 18-135 is another good one. The da35 is the least expensive one thats good.

Try this pdf. Minimum magnification is .62 and on the bellows 2 minimum distance is 37mm.

---------- Post added 11-05-17 at 01:40 PM ----------

Using this calculator, .62 magnification on the standard takumar 55mm with max magnification of .13x gives me 27mm. However the 55 f2 has a different magnification, not sure which 55 they mean.

IgorZ,
I haven't had time to even touch it. It looks near mint but will see. Haven't even opened it up. The lens is extremely clean, smooth, and snappy.
