PEACE ON EARTH / LITTLE DRUMMER BOY
Lyrics by Buz Kohan

Come they told me
Pa-rum-pum-pum-pum
A new born king to see
Pa-rum-pum-pum-pum
Our finest gifts we bring
Pa-rum-pum-pum-pum
Rum-pum-pum-pum
Rum-pum-pum-pum

Peace on earth, can it be
Years from now, perhaps we'll see
See the day of glory
See the day when men of good will
Live in peace, live in peace again

Peace on earth, can it be

Every child must be made aware
Every child must be made to care
Care enough for his fellow man
To give all the love that he can

I pray my wish will come true
For my child and your child too
He'll see the day of glory
See the day when men of good will
Live in peace, live in peace again

Peace on earth, can it be
Can it be

I have use cameralensrental.com and find them to be excellent. Gear I have rented has always been pristine. I also inquired about purchasing one of their rental lenses, a DA*300mm f4, and was very happy with the price and the condition of the lens I received.

Flu-card for tripod shutter control on K3

Having recently acquired a flucard for my K-3 I can only attest to its operation while checking the functionality of the used card, not in real shooting situations. It functioned well with the android app as a remote control. It offers focusing options, choice of focal point and focus peaking, not available using IR remotes because I believe it uses live view cdaf. I plan to use it while on a tripod.
Transfer of images to my computer was typical of wi-fi speeds, that is to say, slow.

Use it any way you like, although when hand holding a 500mm lens it is very difficult to get a sharp image. Also, many don't like the bokeh of a mirror lens.

1/6400 is a very fast shutter speed and could have been reduced to reduce the iso number. Seems a little oversharpened also due to heavy white outlining of the birds.

Forgot, are you familiar with the Strobist Website? I quote, "Strobist is the world's most popular resource for photographers who want how to learn to use their flashes like a pro." They are a great resource learning how to use speedlights. Strobist

Front focus on my 43 Limited

The problem with using a regular ruler alone is the focal point of the camera can be off from that shown in the viewfinder and the camera may not be focusing where you think. A better option is one of the dedicated focal aids such as the one available from Datacolor. I use their SpyderLenscal. It contains a vertical target to focus on with a 45 degree ruler beside it. Be sure the target is plumb(vertically level) and it is lined up at 90 degrees from camera.
