Thinking about a Pentax mirrorless.....

I'm fully aware of the lenses that Fuji has, not exactly the best wildlife lenses in the line up unless one wants to only use the 100-400mm XF 100‑400mm F/4.5‑5.6 R LM OIS WR sure one can get the 1.4 TC but I'm looking for longer focal range and like other companies that offer longer focal range in f/2.8 in the lens dept. Sure they also have the other primes, and other lenses. I'm not knocking the quality, it's darn great as far as resolution etc. Much like other mirrorless cameras they like Nikon and Canon can use the same lenses as the bigger DSLR cameras, I wondered if Pentax had the same set up, I guess not.

Just curious, will my lenses from the Pentax K3 fit the mirrorless cameras?

I currently have a mirrorless Fuji X-T1, but Fuji's lack of available lenses leaves a lot to be desired even though it's a great camera.

This is the kind of area at Moab that one encounters, at the Jeep Jamboree. I have covered many motorsport events, and it is so hard to predict what a vehicle is going to do. The best bet is have a longer lens for safety sake, and scope out ahead the possible paths a vehicle can take.

Former Montana resident killed in Utah jeep accident
Former Montana resident killed in Utah jeep accident
By Dennis BraggCONNECT

MOAB, UT -
A former Florence, MT resident was killed over the weekend when he was hit by a Jeep during a popular four wheel drive event in Southern Utah.
The San Juan County Sheriff's Office says Christopher Hower, 30, was killed when he was struck by a vehicle at a rock climbing event 15-miles south of Moab.
Deputies say Hower was shooting photographs and was in an unauthorized area of the track on private land in the Black Ridge area when he was hit by the 4x4 as it came off a designated jump on the course.
Power, who now lives in Ely, Nevada, is a native of the Bitterroot Valley. His father - Thomas Hower and his step-mother - still live in Corvallis. His mother, Marie Hawkins, lives in Ely. The family says services are pending.
The accident happened during the annual Jeep Safari, which draws thousands of people to the Moab area during Easter Week.

Arriving about 10pm or so after a Aurura Alert with a Kp index of 4, the hint of green aurora was behind the clouds and reflected off of Lake McDonald in Glacier National Park. The snow capped mountains make a wonderful bonus on a moon lit night.

While out driving around the other night, I got a Kp index 4 alert, and was within a close proximity to Lake McDonald at Glacier National Park. We set up at Apgar boat launch, and caught the hint of green trying to be visible on this moon bright night from behind the clouds.
