I have found a Mint (IMO) m42 SMC Takumar 85-210 4.5 zoom, It is dusty ans some surface fungus, I know it is surface because I was able to clean the front elements and they look New with No etching and looked that same as the rest of the lens.

So I am looking fro someone that can clean my lens, someone that has done one of these before.

It is a P&B enlarger for sure 100% it was also sold as a Vivatar 66. It is exaclty the same piece. It is a condenser enlarger. Now it is going to have to find a new home. Not 100% sure but I think it may.

Yeah, I dont know what it is here in Vegas. Hard times combined with people going bust and having to leave. This town is in real hardship. I also collect guns, Lets say it's been real good as of late. I am so glad I play poker, this is a job that every day a new face from somewhere in the world will show in in Vegas to have fun.

Also a bit of exciting news, I was asked to be a photographers assistant at Photoshop World for a pre conference workshop. I am so excited but a bit nervous. I never worked in front of a few hundred people before. Glad I am only the assistant!

This time it was Craigslist. I found a De Vere 504 for sale with all the goodies for a song. The mas was no nice, he gave me a ton of extras. Negative carriers and neg holders (they are a fortune on ebay for De Vere. He cleared it all out. I got tons of boxes of New unopened Agfa paper RC multi contrast Color and B&W . I got Chemistry out the wazoo. , Stainless and hard rubber dev tanks and hangers for 35mm to 4x5. Trays, tongs, a Loupe, Easels reels,. The list goes on and on. He gave me 4 safe lights with a stack of new Kodak Filters New and Un Opened, all sorts of things all in pairs. He used to have a Lab here for 30 years. Now He is shutting down and sellingthe stuff. Well I got it all for less than the lens holders on Ebay. No stings attached, just had to buy a truck and load it.

Link to the gear on the truck and as I set it up.

I love my P 645 and I dont scan my images I print them. I just got a Very Nice enlarger it is called a De Vere 504 with a ESECO Compucolor PRO-45 Computerized Dichroic head
Link here
Here are the neg holders and lens and holders
Link here
I have licked them many times, I only do this because I like them so much. I can print 30x40 inch prints. Something about Huge Photo prints that I just love! The p645 I have is super sweet. I am just learning how to maximize my efforts. I will share some final works soon. I cant afford $10,000 or $20,000 for a DMF and a LFM printer. I will have to struggle thru the old fashion way,I guess:D

Yep I got it down. I am starting to learn how to develop my film and make prints, I have a whole darkroom now. It seems I have a crappy P&B condenser enlarger, I need to get a (0mm Lens as the 50mm is for 35 MM. My easel sucks, I am just batting a thousand, However I am going to look at a Devere 504 with color head all of the goodies in the morning. Thanks for the feedback, 16 shots goes fast, So it hasn't mean a big deal yet. Finding HC110 and some fixer locally has been though. Having my chems sent in this week for sure. I hand 20 boxes of various paper so plenty of learning to do

Yes I got the Minolta auto meter IV with a little extra pouch with some sort of View finder attachment, Kind of gold coating on the little lens. I havens really gone thru everything with a fine tooth comb. There is some sort of Bigshot Poloroid camera, It is Huge, I think I can get fuji film for it, So it would be a Large format camera ;).

As I dig thru I will post info on individual pieces, Like the conaflex, and the Yashica? Rangefinder, a Petri m42 55mm f1.7 lens. I never heard of a petri before. Looks Takish in nature. Tons of goodies. I cant belive all of the Paper, I got art least $1000 in paper, Ilfod Huge boxes. I still cant believe it. This person was going to throw it all away, as it was on her table for a week not a single person respond.

LV is a meca for great deals it seems. People move here go bust and throw everytihng they cant put in their car they throw it or give it away. First the 645 deal now this. In my 645 kit, I have a 200mm f4 not a single post in the lens database. I will be first to review it I think.

The P&B looks alot like it. How did you ever hind that image with all of the enlargers for sale on ebay. WOW! Thanks for helping me, I did find some paperwork (a single piece of paper) says Brooks enlarger. I cant find any info on Brooks enlargers. It would be nice to find a manual for mine, I need to get a lens to enlarge for my 645 negs, The one that came with it has to be for 35mm it is tiny, had to use a step down ring to even fit the enlarger.

I got the enlarger with a Bunch of other gear, it was all free on Craigslist. I felt so guilty, I had to give her $100 so I could sleep at night. I got cameras, lenses, backs, a bunch of Darkroom stuff, Boxes and boxes of Photo paper, Archiving sleeves, A library of books. Took four trips to the car to load it all up. I even got a Zeiss camera. a Zeiss!

Back on topic, I need to find a manual for my enlarger. I need to buy a lens so I can start developing my 645 film and making prints.

The Mamiya DM Series Digital Backs are very expensive, however you can use film backs as well. I just thought there would be a way to do it on a p 645

Also I saw Community > Forums > Medium Format > Pentax 645 > It's available a digital back for Pentax 645 on photo.net forums, "Digital backs are being sold here (in China) for the 645. The digital back is called Super Image. "

I was just looking at all options.

Nice reading TEX! The great thing is he holds stuff for me. I have given him a list of items that I am always looking for, stuff like any digital flash, pentax, olympus, nikon, canon, takumar, takumar, takumar, ;) Leica (Noctilux he had one set aside ,for me and a sales persons sold it for $500, I was almost sick) Zeiss, and lens that is f 1.8. or lower ( I have acquired many fast lenses from him, one being the Canon 55 f1.2 fr $20) .

I am also now looking for medium and large format camera/ lenses and darkroom gear. Loyalty has it's perks! He also has access to other stores inventory and can search it. I just need to flip some of this stuff, My house is looking like a pawnshop.

Trent is the man, he really takes care of his customers, yesterday I was just strolling in and he said, "All of that stuff has to go, make me any offer!" I did with out even looking $5 bucks, He said Sold! Also he had on ther counter 6 Penn fishing reels, all old ones, He was holding them for a customer, what a great guy. I always hear horror story's about how pawnshops rob people, to me they are like robin hood, they give money to the needy and sell to the poor, ME! lol well not like Robin Hood but close enough for me!

Last week I struck gold and got a 645 with 3 prime lenses, including the645 35mm wide , All for 349.

This week I went in before work Well I went yet again to my local honey hole.
List of stuff here and a link to all of the stuff I got

This time I waked in and was greeted by Trent, He said Everything in That case has to go, Make me an Offer. I just blurted out 5 Bucks without looking at any of it. Well he said OK! Well I went to go see what I just bought, Well it was mostly 35mm film cameras but all sorts of goodies, winders Hoya filters, Bags, lenses, tons of O stuff.

When he was ringing it up he thought to himself, and muttered there is a problem, Mean while I am pulling out a $20 and told them this is for you go get lunch on me!

Well it seems they have to sell a certain percentage of extended warranty and when they are selling 10-15 items without any extended warranty, his bonus looks like crap, they track % to volume for extended warranty.

He said this 20 is mine right, I said Hell yeah!, He then proceeded to use it to pay for extended warranty on gear that cost .50 cents. I got a Asahi Pentax ME with lenses and an ME II winder for .50 cents. The lens is a close up zoom lens from vivatar. I got 2 of those one solid one and one plastic one that is the new on a new vivatar V3800N. I got a Nikon N5005 Af lens camera with an AF lens. I got a Canon Ae-1 with bag. and accessories I got a flip Camcorder, and a 3 Digi point and shoots all with cf, xd and sd cards. I know this stuff is all junk, However it cost less than one of the Hoya filters. I plan to sell it all on. I hope sto put it all towards my new Pentax 645D fund! Long way to go. Oh I also got a Nissan flash

Hello, I saw a post in a google search showing a digital back for a P645, it was made in China or was for sale only in China, I think it was 15mp. With the huge size of the sensor on a 645 back there would be No noise at 15 mp as the pixel's would have plenty of room to be spread out.

Does anyone here know anything aboutt a digital back for a 645. I really cant afford a 645d was just curious if there are any options to campture digital with a 645 without buying the new D model
