Yes, oxy is soft.
Fire-department at work prefers minimal residual heat due to surrounding materials in hangers.
edit: with plasma I can cut 1/4" thick 6061-T6 at 1" per second with minimal heating of the piece :)

My most reliable fishing vehicle was the 1986 full size Bronco 5.0 with the 4-speed granny.
My most fun to date fishing vehicle is my 2019 Ram Rebel Hemi crew-cab.
The `72 AMX was it before the Rebel.

In the 80`s a manual was ok here and even around I-495 and 695. Not anymore, unless you are one of the young import drivers with the loud exhaust :D

I have a pretty nice 90 amp ESAB power-cut 1500 plasma cutter at work, it cuts like a scalpel.
Oxy/Acel does have its uses however.

I hear you.
I am lucky to have knobs and switches as redundant controls when the windows are down. Also when the touch-screen does not respond because I am wearing gloves.

Retirement... 9 more years of alimony payments.
My ex is a great cook, keeps a clean house, is sharp as a tack with finances and has a good sense of humor.
I am ISO a new husband for her, she would make a great spouse for some nice older gentleman :)
edit: I might even provide a 3K as a wedding present... if that is what it would take.
