I'm leaning toward the B&W version myself, but both are excellent.[COLOR="Silver"]

Funny you should mention that. I pried off the dealer name and feature thingies (Parially zero emissions? Really? What does that even mean and why is that something to brag about?), but I left on the make and model for two reasons:
- I thought it would look funny with nothing filling all that empty space
- My arm got sore from rubbing off all the glue. And it was hot out. :D

I didn't want to hijack Aslyfox's thread any further with my rant but I guess it's too late now. Look at those Pentax FA teleprimes. Horrible brand bling on those.

Beautiful flowers Tim. And I'm jealous. We just got a nice coating of winter slop. No flowers for quite a while yet.

Nice shot! And...then there's the thought of warm biscuits...

This one's pretty cool too. It took my brain a while to comprehend what it was looking at (missed your caption at first) but I like all the circles.

Sir Nameless is the name of a character in a book by W.C. Cule called Sir Knight of the Splendid Way. This character dreamed of adventure as a young man, but ended up with a lifetime of mundane work that he thought made little difference and went completely unnoticed. Nevertheless, he was diligent and faithful in his work, which turned out to be neither useless nor unnoticed. It was an inspiring little vignette at a time when I needed it (and, not in the context of photography). I used the name so I would remember the lesson.

The avatar is a photo I took of a Roman Empire-era funerary mask in a local museum. The passing of time wore off the face. The name of it's owner is unknown. Thought it paired well with my name.

Haha, don't buy anything from me then!

I tend to peel extraneous stickers off all my possessions.

Intel inside? Gone.
Designed for Windows? Bye bye.
Car dealer stickers. Dealer stickers! Get lost. No free advertising.
Feature stickers. "PZEV" "Improved!" "300W" "Hyper-symmetrical-high-velocity-nitro-cooled-blah-blah-blah" I don't need to advertise how cool I am (or...not). Adios.
You put your logo on clothes? Not buying.

I hate being a billboard. :D

I guess that's the risk we take for posting on-line. Who knows if it was deliberate or an oversight on their part to violate your license? I don't know, but I'm sure a lot of people's IP rights are violated, and the violators can get away with it because enforcing those rights, especially for hobbyists, can get highly burdensome.

Look at it this way--somebody thinks your work is good enough for commercial use. If nothing else, it's a bit of positive validation of your talent and effort.

Nobody's stealing my work (as far as I know) so...what's that say about me? :D

What license did you apply to your images when you posted them to flickr?
You should have at least gotten attribution any time someone used your images. And if you posted them All Rights Reserved, they need your permission before using them.
If you used one of the Creative Commons licenses, then what they did may have been legit.
