Thank you for your order and this feedback. We regret your dissatisfaction. I found your original transaction and I am sharing this with the used dept manager. I see you and our customer service dept have already reached an accommodation. Nevertheless I am sorry for this situation and for your inconvenience.

Thanks for your order. I appreciate it's disappointing to have this order for "vaporware" floating about but there's really no reason to cancel it. While we do not have an ETA, we also don't charge your credit card until we actually ship. Righto now, you have no exposure at all. Until it does ship, nothing's going to happen one way or the other.

I cannot count the number of times this has been addressed, here and in numerous other forums. Every returned item is evaluated individually. Most are sent back to the vendor from whom we purchased them.

Every returned item is handled on an individual basis taking into consideration (among other things) the customer's reason for the return, and our careful inspection of the returned item. I should point out that a customer returning for an alleged defect is frequently incorrect and returns an item in perfect condition. Likewise sometimes an item is returned claiming a defect (when there is none) because the customer thinks this is necessary to get return authorization.

Thank you for your orders and this feedback. We regret your dissatisfaction. I could look into this in more detail with the order numbers. Basically, we do not test new cameras, lenses, etc before shipping them to customers. We rely on each manufacturer's QC. The process of opening, testing, and then repacking a lens every time one was ordered would be prohibitively expensive and time consuming. I do not know of any retailer who does this.

Again, I am sorry for your dissatisfaction and look forward to more information from you.

I am sorry for your inconvenience. Restrictions on air transport of many chemicals, corrosive or otherwise, began in the aftermath of the tragic ValuJet Flight 592 crash on May 11, 1996. Federal IACA rules and those imposed by the FAA restrict air shipping, a situation we regret but over which we have little or no control.

We make Chat unavailable when the volume of incoming chats and those in the queue are too many for us to reasonably expect to handle.It is NOT an effort to cut off communications. FWIW I had the exact same high-call-volume long-wait-time experience a week or so ago with the NYTimes.

I am sorry the volume of incoming calls and emails was quite a bit more than we expected and we were unable to respond to every one as quickly as customers deserve.

The refund for your return has been processed and transmitted to your bank. After that it usually takes several business days before your bank can confirm the refund to you. This part of the process is outside our control and e cannot make it go any more quickly.

I am very sorry for what was apparently an inadvertent error. I tried to ID you from your profile here but there's no last name or email and the website you list (Redframe) is not working. I cannot ID you or your transaction.

You said, "the return was completed, and I got the refund today," I presume this indicates the original issue has been satisfactorily resolved.

You also said, "Your company did not offer price match guarantee..." We consider every price match inquiry individually. We say, "yes," as often as possible and regret when circumstances prevent us from doing so.

Re B&H 865895300 I believe this was discussed in dpreview (and in resellerratings) in a thread you titled, "B&H rip-off on used equipment," which a Mod there finally locked.

This order was for a $600 Olympus kit which was supposed to contain a camera, lens and finder. Unfortunately due to our error the kit contents were incorrectly listed, an error for which we have apologized.

Because of the considerable price discrepancy between this kit and the substantially more expensive kit components you wanted, the equitable doctrine of unilateral mistakes applies. Briefly this legal doctrine says, "Rescinding the contract is the only available remedy under unilateral mistake; it is not a basis for reformation ... the retailer must cancel the customer’s order and re-offer the product at the actual price."

We are very sorry for our error and for your dissatisfaction.

Here are all the batteries on our site we ID as being for Pentax digital cameras: Digital Camera Batteries | B&H Photo Video The two brands are Watson and Pentax. The country of origin is either China or Japan, depending on the particular item.

SDXC and SDHC cards are on our site at Memory Cards, SD Cards | B&H Photo Video. There are almost 200 items, from about a dozen brands. For some, the country of origin is China or Taiwan or Austria. I did not check them all.

B&H has not yet received any notice from distributors if/how prices in the U.S. will be affected by recent/announced changes in U.S. tariffs. I think it's worth noting that news about tariffs seems to be changing daily.

Thanks for sharing. I'll share this with the warehouse shipping manager. FWIW, the lens is exceptionally well protected by the internal packaging the manufacturer provided. I am confident it arrived unscathed and in perfect working condition.
