Fuji sensors are just Sony's with a different matrix than Bayer's.
What he meant obviously was the same base sensor as X-H2 but with a Bayer sensor.
Not that it is much more credible, mind you.

Seperating DFA f/2.8 and DFA* f/2.8 range feels a bit disingenous to me. You're perfecly aware that the intend is the same.
The Tamron rebrands didn't get the * because they're rebrands. Those aren't bad lenses at all either.
The 150-450 didn't get its * either because it has variable aperture. If if had been a Canon, it still would have got its L white clothes IMO.

Yep. DFA645 are all '645 FullFrame' by definition. And DA are crop lenses as per usual Pentax nomenclature.

Mmmm Idealy, 645 would evolve like this :
* 645Z or its evolution as an affordable (relatively speaking) MF DSLR
* 645FF as a high end high resolution Full Frame (or near, like 1.1x or so) 645 DSLR
* 645 III as a modern Film 645.
Potential is there. But then reality strikes back ^^

Well of you either have the certainty to survive (more or less) or go fully mirrormess (point intended) and hope maybe you can survive....
I'd chose the more certain way IMO.
