I'd be interested in a mirrorless K-1 I think. Just to cut down on some of the bulk, even if it's just a body. A lot of the older lenses are very small anyway, I think they'll balance really well on a mirrorless body.

Not sure they have the resources though, I guess concentrating on the dfa line is a higher priority than testing out the mirrorless market.

Alternative to GRIII adapter ring

Pretty sure the mount and lens was changed from gri/ii to GRIII. So I doubt it would fit. I might be wrong.

Cool, thanks! The regular ring fell off few times for me, not sure if maybe tolerances aren't as good on my mount. Might get the ricoh one just for that lever, too bad though I like that this one is made out of metal for sure..

Ignorance is bliss! If they knew how awesome Pentax cameras are they'd be selling their puny canikonsony's and losing money in the process)

I believe oly is selling their camera division to JIC, they might continue developing the camera lines, or use the tech and patents for other projects.

I used oly EM1 for about 2.5 years, and I personally enjoyed my time with the system a lot. They have a lot of excellent glass, and systems are truly small. I carried my entire kit in a small sling bag. K-1 and ff glass forced me to buy my GRIII for travel photos. Worked out for the best though, GRIII is a stunner.

Question - I believe the ricoh adapter has a leaver that locks the adapter to the body. Does Haoge one has something like that, or it's held by tension alone?

I saw very favorable reviews for the Opera 50, I guess on other systems the fast fifty market is more saturated, and I have a hunch vast majority of people would go for Sigma due to brand recognition.

There are a lot of "experts" online) hilariously, they know all there is to know about a system they don't use. Must be good to be that smart

Is Pentax planning to license the formula to Tokina again?) cause every time I see people saying that Pentax licensed Tokina Opera 50 1.4 I die inside a little..

Can't wait to try! I might do some product/still life since I'm stuck at home. I have my Tamron 90 macro, and those new lights should work beautifully in my softboxes.

Yeah I will be picking up the flashpoint trigger for sure, more features and same price, why not)

I almost pulled a trigger on the V1 flashes yesterday lol, they look so good. I'm torn between saving some cash and just getting the better ones from get go. If I sell my current flashes soon, I'll just get two V1's and that flashpoint trigger I think.
