Architecture Bowes Museum - Architecture w/ the GW-3 21mm

I have had my GR for a few months now and have all the accessories, including two GH-3 adapter tubes, one has a 49mm B+W filter and third party hood fitted for protection of the native 28mm lens, and the other is attached to my GW-3 21mm. I now have the ability to quick change just like changing a lens on a D-SLR.
As for the 21mm, it is a quality piece of glass and is sharp across the frame from f5.6., it is no slouch at wider apertures either.
You can follow all what I have to say about this lens over on my Wordpress site, below...

Thanks for your input K-9. I take on-board what you say about the sky, I agree with you, even though I like the sense of scale it offers.

I have just come back from a trip to Whitby in the north-east of England, in Yorkshire to be exact.
Whitby, Whitby Abbey and it's environs is a much loved jewel in the north-east of the UK and is a seriously over-photographed place.

Before I went, I researched images of this place online so that I could get an idea of the hackneyed angles and approaches I would need to stay clear of. I hope I have something of an original perspective/ angle here with this photograph.

This project is under-way and I hope to post here in this thread, what I get for it.
I've re-named it - 'A Surveyed Presence' because personally I have always felt the cross's presence, especially with the figure of Christ on it. So I hope to convey this in my photographs, near or far.

This is a memorial to all those firefighters who fought during the blitz. It depicts firefighters in action during the Blitz, and serves as a tribute to those who fought against the fires caused by the raids, as well as commemorating the lives of all firefighters who have died while on active duty...

For a long time I have been trying to photograph this one, but just couldn't come up with an interesting angle/ shot, other than a straight snap.
It all changed the other day though! I just happened to be resting on the other side of Jubilee Walk, in quiet contemplation of this memorial, when this happened.

So this one combines elements of 'street'/ 'happenstance' photography.

Thanks Jer, thanks Slow'.

I was gonna' give it a square crop but I don't see or feel it yet, if you know what I mean. This'll have to go in the locker for some time without me looking at it, then i'll approach it with fresh feeling. :)

Thanks, guys.

This stands as one image for my ongoing 'London's Statues & Monuments' project, I shoulda' said. Special', i'm not sure if it qualifies for your thread, 'cos this is a monument not a grave. Thanks, anyway.

Thanks Tamia, Thanks Frog'.

Here is another portrait Frog'.
He is a good and willing subject, I had directed him for this, as with the previous shot. He'll only keep the pose for so long though.

Taken with the DA35mm f2.8 Macro @ f2.8.

I hadn't taken many images of Harvey of late, it's been almost a year since the last. Although, my other half has taken her fair share of images of him with the family 'compact' camera, so he has still been represented that way. - He turned 3yrs last November.

This was taken today, using available light...
