Exposure with Godox TT350P

Hi! I want to ask users of Godox TT350P about the exposure with this new flash.
I own a Vivitar DF-383-PEN that is P-TTL, BUT it overexposes by +1.3 to +1.7 (when shooting directly at the subject) according to my tests. It doesn't happen with the little Pentax AF-200FG that has a more precise and pleasant exposure.
A friend of mine has the Shanny and it overexposes too.
So, my question is: how is the Godox TT350P in this regard?

Thank you so much in advance for your replies!

Why I will buy a K-3 III

Yes sure. K-1II in studio should be superb! A couple of times a month I do horse racing and the 4fps of the K-1 holds me. My K-3II is almost 9fps and really excels.
Maybe it's time to have both bodies or wait a little for K-3III.. cheers!

That's because I'm working in studio doing fashion and product photo and I need the most advanced features. They are present in K-1, so I should probably consider one in the future.

For how long can Flu-Card work continuously?

Thank you Adam. I have 6 batteries just in case and also some months ago purchased the AC adapter, so I'm prepared :)
BTW, I own a K-3II, so I think I can't use any app using Ricoh's SDK... at least, yet.

It's a pitty that the APS-C flagship camera lacks of tether capabilites. I'm using K-3II professionally and lately I miss this feature, specially when the people of the ad agency want the photos as they are being taken. In this case I shoot a bunch of products and then pass the card to one of the guys.
Thank you again!

This week I purchased a Manfroto 190XPRO3 tripod and a 3 way MHXPRO head :)

I'm doing product photography and this combo I'm sure will work great. Specially for the horizontal bar that will allow me to take zenital plane.

Hi! I'd like to know for how long may I use Flu-Card continuously. I know it gets hot but for my job, I'm going to need the card to be connected and tethered for around 7 hours a day. Will it be a problem? is Flu Card made for this kind of hard work?

I've Googled, read the card manual but couldn't find any information on this matter.

Thank you very in advance for your help!

I've just found that Kenneth moved to Panasonic Lumix S1R. Kenneth himself numbered the reasons why he left Pentax: "AF, buffer, slower development of lenses then they told me, third party gear + + And of course video":

Does anyone have experience with the Godox SK400II flashes?

So sorry for this late reply! The old and new Godox models have a USB connector that can fit FT-16 receivers. If you use a FT-16 transmitter mounted on your camera's hotshoe, then you can fire the flashes. The FT-16 system is independant of the brand of camera you use.

I had that problem once on my K-3II & Wasabi battery. The camera also took way too overexposed pictures. Weird.

Congrats on your new strobe kit! Set your camera to X mode, begin with f/8 and shoot :)
At least this is how I began using strobes in studio. From there adjust your aperture according to the flash power you select.

I own Godox Gemini GS400 and they perform great. I've heard only good opinions on the SK400ii and I'm planning -in the future- getting a pair of them as they have the new Godox wireless system.

The K-3ii is doing an excellent job and I'm earning with it, but the K-1 -as I see it- could give me less noise in the shadows as I noticed by doing that fast early natural light photoshoot 2 weeks ago of a model posing as a fireman with a helmet and would've liked the face to be cleaner. In fact, I had to re shoot what other photographer did some days before me and the advertising agency wasn't too happy with the results (perspective, model pose, angle of view, DoF) but I noticed that the photo previously taken with a Nikon 800E came out with a cleaner model's face skin (and a bigger file too!). Anyway, the agency guys liked it, paid me! and the photo is in the editing and compositing process :)

Yes! I'm really loving the Tamron 90mm a lot. I'm looking forward to use it in portraits with some clients too. I was deliberating between the Tamron and the Pentax 100mm, but I catched the Tamron on sale and went for it. No regrets. Fine lens!

Oh no. I was just making my point that in some cases gear matters. Nowadays I own a 50-135mm f2.8, 50mm f1.8, Tammy 17-50mm, Tamron 90mm, Pentax 10-17mm and a couple others that I use for shooting products and models in studio and events. In some situations the cleaner ISO noise will help my job I'm sure. Specially when shooting models in the field at 5 in the morning with natural light, which I did a couple of weeks ago.

p.s. and yes, the focus stacking (I did just once) is time consuming for a catalog. The Tamron 90mm is doing a very good job now.

I understand what you said, but I've had difficulties in the past photographing rings, watches and jewelry for a catalog with a so-called macro lens (using a do-it-all zoom lens) with bad results. So gear does matters in these cases. I shoot in studio with my K-3II which I love but K1's improvements can make my work better and my clients more happy.
I've shot models too and believe me that a Tammy 18-200mm f3.5-6.3 is NOT comparable to shot with a 50-135mm f/2.8or even a 50mm f1.8 IMHO.
