anyway you need only the .bin file

Present! I substituted the solenoid on my k-30 with the white one and after some months the black picture problems arised again.
Actually I can only take pictures using the AA battery adapter, with the li-on original battery only in continuous drive mode and only some
pictures are correctly exposed.

@OldNoob,
since you discovered that your camera isn't new, maybe you have faulty battery, camera, charger or
a combination of the 3 elements

Stop Down Metering in K30 (with Extension Tube & Lens Reversed)

With m42 lenses and probabily with reverse adapters you can use AV mode, no need to use green button,
naturally the aperture must be set on the lens, but there is the possibility that you cannot change
the aperture if the lens it's not mounted correctly ie the lens stay always open ore closed

There are 2 different timeouts, one for shutdown the camera, and one for meter operating,
the second one can be 3, 10 or 30 seconds, default one is 10s, this setting is explained on
page 95 of the pdf english manual

If you are using the aperture ring in a position different from A there is no way the camera can know
the aperture value, it's a mechanical thing, so F-stop cannot be in exif data.

Strange auto-ISO behavior with flash ?

Maybe with the k-30 they are mimic the most recent P&S behaviour, cameras are trying to have well exposed
pictures despite some severe blur, I think that this behaviour becames from the fact that many people try to
make shots in the dark with the flash and in past all those peoples got black pictures, so camera makers changed
shutter speed to capture something even in dark ambients like churchs, cities during night and so on

I think your problem it's on the picture taken or in ypur PP workflow
or in the printing, I have some 700x500 mm prints from a 5MP camera
and those doesn't have the problems you stated, 6.1MP are plenty for
the print size of your prints.

P.S. I think it's not a good idea to resize images before printing

The camera need the focal length for the SR (Shake Reduction),
nothing to do with the crop factor, (crop factor for the k200 it's 1.5)

If the moon it's on the frame and the rest it's dark,
you end-up probably with the moon burnt.
If I remember rigth for the full-moon there is the moony-11 math,
so for a correct exposed moon if you are using ISO 100
with exposure time of 1/100s you need F-11 and so on.
No way to have the moon and dark woods correctly exposed,
maybe with multiple exposure.

If you really have a 9x9 hot-pixel area (viewed at 100%) I think you may
ask Adorama to substitute the camera

With this kind of mutilation/disassembling you loose the ability
to focuss with the lens wide open, and IMHO it's not a good idea,
if you want use AV mode with K/M lens wide open you can do it
without any modification

If I'm not wrong with M42 and K lenses, on the camera you can change
only shutter speed so the second wheel is for no use or at least you cannot
change the aperture.

Focal length is missing

Yes the focal lenght you choose turning on must be in the exif data, be shure to not
turn off SR after you put the focal lenght. I own a k100d Super hope it's same on a k100.
