it's quite the transition for me - there are a couple of things that I miss, going from the K-3 to the X-T2:
the OVF vs EVF - the optical viewfinder is always 'on'; I never have to switch it on to have a quick look through the lens
the top LCD - a quick glance at the top of the camera body tells me everything I need to know about the camera's settings
SR (or IBIS) - I shoot almost exclusively in available light (natural or not) and find that the K-3's SR works quite well....
ergonomically, the Fuji is much lighter and is a breeze to carry around, but the battery life is about half what I get from the K-3....
I have two K-3 bodies (which is why one of them is for sale) and I am intending to keep one for quite a while for all my AF Pentax lenses...

My X100s is the only Camera i use where I just shoot it in Jpeg and I'm just happy with what comes out. It's also a pure joy to use with the manual dials and feel. If you like 35mm FOV (I personally love it) then get one. It's kind of a stand alone camera that I think anyone who likes that focal length should probably own one. I'm not a "street" photographer either. It reminds me more of the super basic camera's I used as a kid or even the disposable film cameras in that it's sorta a travel slideshow type focal length for me, if that makes sense. 35 isn't too wide but not claustrophobic feeling like a 50 or more to me.
It doesn't need to be the latest one either, probably anything X100s onward to get those initial speed improvements. I have the s.
I don't know if the Xpro3 works with Pentax limited lenses but that would be a pretty nice combo too.

The KP has great dynamic range, much better than my previous dslrs. Perfect for night shots and B+W conversions...

I like black and white, and I like what Fuji and Panasonic have done with their Acros and L Monochrome film simulations respectively. I shoot in RAW+Jpeg so using digital filters means I have the best of both worlds. This particular filter was on the Pentax Q, and was highly regarded. I don't know if it made its way to other Pentax cameras, but I know it's not in my K5iis, but happily it is back in the KP. You have to take care with your metering, but the tones are wonderful - deep blacks, lovely mid-tones and bright whites. I cropped some for square format - my favourite aspect ratio. I'm in France for a week and took these this morning... A bright sunny day!
