Small flash unit to use with a Pentax K-1 Mk II?

I use my 350P with Godox flashes for micro 4/3 for TTL and they work fine. You just need to make sure all of the firm ware is up to date.

Thanks!. The KP is a tank. I dropped mine onto a concrete floor and other than a scratch in the plastic it was ok. Hope yours get well soon.

I'm in this moth too, and with the the 31 Limited! Looking forward to it, since I was homebound last month with a mild case of Covid. I'm still tired but want to get out a bit now that the weather is warming. I figure a little extra inspiration will help me get going again. I'm hoping the new 16-50 comes out too this year as I'm planning a big tri for the fall or maybe next spring

FWIW I just saw this as I've been under the weather. Congratulations! The silver is more of a buff silver plastic, so it's not that reflective.

Lumix DSC ZS-50 Vs. Pentax K10 with 18-270 (or similar)?

A totally non-scientific reply here. I have and use the ZS50 for work. I don't have the 18-250 but do have the 55-300 PLM for my KP. Both cameras you mention have lower pixel counts than my KP, and that will affect how much you can crop. I use the ZS50 to document exterior conditions on high rise buildings, and it works fine for that, but sometimes it's resolution lets me down and i have to return with my canon G1X superzoom and on occasion my 150-450 on my KP. Bigger sensor and glass diameter is better if you can carry it. That said i wouldn't trade the ZS50, because it is compact and light and always with me, and does what I need it to do 80% of the time. The low pixel count on the ZS50 (12MP) does make it usable for interior shots for work or lower light work than similar cameras with higher pixel counts.

I had a similar decision to make when my KP rear screen would go dark when i flipped it. It now is permanently attached to my 150-450 because i don't use the flippy screen for that.
and i bought a new one for everything else.

Hoping for the best. Sharon and I were recently talking about how we've both been slipping lately in procedure too and have been mending our ways. My biggest thing is that I often get where I am going and am so intent on the destination that I leave the car with no thought to a mask.

Amazon can be very strange in their pricing, and some vendors really are exorbitant. Its always a good idea to comparison shop even on Amazon. When I buy "bulk" i always check pricing. I was once buying a ten pack of soap and found out that individual packs were cheaper. Go figure.

And you can use them to control non-pentax Godox TTL flashes as off camera flashes. Godox still does not make the 860's nor the 685's for Pentax PTTL. I use a TT860ii as an off camera flash that is made for Olympus/Panasonic TTL. Will probably pick up another this year.

Same here for Panasonic menus. Though right now a A7 series camera is on my bucket list too. But really any light weight full frame would do for my manual lenses.

I'll have to look into the Gigapixel AI. It sounds and looks very interesting. Funny you should mention the One X2. I've been thinking of starting to do video now and was thinking of getting the one R combo with the 1" mod. But now that the One X2 is announced I think I will be going for that, for multiple reasons but mostly for a better stitch line and the fact that the 1" mod does not focus that closely. I can get better close focus with a wider aperture with my Cannon G9X and it will fit in a shirt pocket. and not to mention not have dissemble and reassemble it.
