Item for Sale
SMC Pentax-DA* 200mm F2.8 ED [IF] SDM

Asking Price
450.00 USD

Item Location
Honolulu (United States)

Item Description
Up for sale is my SMC Pentax-DA* 200mm F2.8 ED [IF] SDM lens.
I am the original owner....bought new from B&H in 2011. Used sparingly and stored in dry cabinet.

Lens is in beautiful condition. I really struggled whether I wanted to sell, but my goal for this year is to lighten my kit. This, of course, is a full frame lens, but lately I have been using it on my KP. It translates into a 300/4 FF equivalent, and matches up nicely in size too.

Glass is pristine....no haze, fungus, etc. Aperture blades are clean and free of any oils. SDM motors work fine....just like the day I got it.

I had a hard time pricing this lens, because there are not too many sold here. I believe the price is fair.

Price includes shipping and PP fees.

Lens comes with OEM front and rear caps, hood, pouch, box and papers.

Thanks for looking.

Item for Sale
Pentax K-3 body and D-BG5 grip

Asking Price
485.00 USD

Item Location
Honolulu (United States)

Item Description
Selling my little used (LN or mint condition) K-3 plus D-BG-5 grip. Items to be sold together.....not going to split them up.

Camera has <1,000 actuations (if we go by the memory card....888). Never used for video.
I am the original owner. Both items bought from B&H and only used a few times before drifting over to the K-1. The grip, in fact, was used once....but of course I managed to lose the little rubber prong protector..

Box, papers, charger, battery, cords, etc,

The price is more than reasonable.....$485.00 net to me. Regular PP accepted (the buyer covers the fees) and I will cover shipping to the US via USPS Priority.

If you have any questions, send me a PM.

Sorry, but coming in late in this discussion. I have tried to call PC, but kept getting dumped to voicemail.

My question is simple, as a K-1 owner, if I did not register for the upgrade on or before 9/30/18, am I still eligible.....or has the door closed?

TIA......R

Never shot the K28/2......but I have shot the ZK 28/2 extensively. It focuses accurately at F/2, with slight vignetting which highlights the subject. Focuses down to 9.5" with the use of a floating element.

Definitely a keeper......

Item for Sale
Pentax SMC DA 60-250mm f/4 ED IF SDM telephoto zoom lens

Asking Price
675.00 USD

Item Location
Honolulu, HI (United States)

Item Description
Up for sale is my Pentax SMC DA 60-250mm f/4 ED lens. Original owner, lightly used. All original components included....box, sleeve, hood, front and rear caps and tripod foot.
In 2015, I had the SDM motors replaced by CRIS (in addition to several of my other zooms). I was going on a trip and did not want to risk zoom failure. According to the tech at CRIS, these are "newer", more dependable SDM motors.

#1......I think Tas has mastered the 21 degree field of view........I'm still just mucking along.

#2.....David Llado ROCKS!!!

#3.....You have absolutely no trepidation or fear re: your lens conversions. I am so impressed (even though you did lose the first ball bearing lol). I mean, I'll do the easy ones....but the ZF conversions just looked gnarly. Kudos to you.

I am a little surprised........usually David includes the ball bearing in the mounts that he sells, specifically for this reason. I know that all of his Contax (C/Y) kits have it.

Not that it would be a help to you right know, but maybe e-mail him for future bayonet kits.

Eager to hear how the rest of the conversion goes.......

Very lucky. It is the ZK (full PK mount), not the Leitax conversion.

Do you notice a difference between the K-1 in crop mode with the 15mm vs with your K-3?
