Am going to take my old, tried and true Spomatic out and then I will have 2 cameras to lug around. Lately on the bay I have seen a double shoulder strap one that will give u the possibility of carrying to cameras at once. It has 2 straps similar to a back pack. Has anyone had any experience with these new (?) style straps.

THANKS TO ALL FOR YOUR REPLAYS.

Paul the Sunman 2 are Nikon mount and 1 is canon. The Albonar (Canon) fell apart when i removed it from the camera. Front lens glass fell out/off stuffed/screwed it back in.. The focus/zoom ring is very loose and appears not to work.

Ok everyone I know nothing about Canon or Nikon cameras I've always had Pentax. My son works for a company that installs and services industrial trash, and junk compactors. He usually finds some neat stuff in the dumpsters. Yesterday he brought me a large plastic camera case and inside were/are the following things,

- 1 Canon A-1 Film camera
- 1 Nikon N6006 Film camera
- 1Tamron 28mm-200mm zoom lens, f3.8 - f22 says Auto Focus
- 1 Sigma D DL 70mm-300mm, f4 - f22
- 1 Albinor ADG; 28mm-80mm, f3.5 - f16, says it is MACRO
- 1 Nikon SB-26 adjustable flash with hot shoe
- 1 Cannon 188A Hot shoe flash non-adjustable.
- 1 Cannon Power winder A

So what I do now? I figured that there may be an adapter for the lenses for my K5 but don't know. If nothing else I,ll put them on display on my desk. Any and all comments will be greatly appreciated. Of course I could make a boat anchor out of the stuff.

OK, I finally managed to buy a quality lens for my K5, a DA55-300 WR and I'm having a little problem with the zoom. Some of the time when I zoom in on a subject the zoom grip will stick, nothing really bad, just enough to be annoying especially when trying to make a small adjustment. Any advise or help will be greatly appreciated.

Recently purchased a HD DA 55-300mm ED WR on the lens hood there is a small port that one can take off/out and it leaves a hole in the hood. What it is for, just seems a strange place to put a hole.

I would like for any and all of you to look at this picture and tell me what I have done wrong and suggest what I can do to improve if. I know it's out of focus, rookie mistake. Have only been using DSLRs ( K5) for about 2 years. Don't get to use it as often as I would like so has been a slow, difficult learning process. Please say what you wish I will not be insulted. The equipment in the photo is/are what I started with in 1972 and used until film got hard to find and developing even harder. I'm looking for any suggestions, correction, comments on composition, ect. THANK YOU ALL FOR ANY AND ALL COMMENTS!! One more thing the shortest lens I have for the K5 is 50mm, not including the taks. Also shot with flash.

Camera - ASHI PENTAX SPOTMATIC 1972

Lenses - On camera - Super Takumar 85mm 1.9 1972
- Super Takumar 135mm 1.35 1972
- SMC Takumar 55mm 1.8 about 1973 or 4

Case - 1972
Flash - Vivitar electronic Flash 2000 1972
Press holder for the camera about 1975
I also have a tripod but couldn't get it in the photo.

Im fairly new to to the DSLR, been at couple three years, couple of questions here:

Have seen photos all my life film and digital, which show a sparkling water droplet on a leaf, how do you do this, the sparkle in the drop?

How do you photograph rain?
