Brenda and Steve took their six-year-old son to the doctor. With some hesitation, they explained that although their little angel appeared to be in good health, they were concerned about his rather small *****.

After examining the child, the doctor confidently declared, “Just feed him pancakes. That should solve the problem.”

The next morning when the boy arrived at breakfast, there was a large stack of warm pancakes in the middle of the table

“Gee, Mom,” he exclaimed, “for me?”

“Just take two,” Brenda replied. “The rest are for your father.”

She was a hard working woman and determined to keep the ranch, but knew very little about ranching, so she decided to place an ad in the newspaper for a ranch hand.
Two cowboys applied for the job. One was gay and the other a drunk. She thought long and hard about it, and when no one else applied she decided to hire the gay guy, figuring it would be safer to have him around the house than the drunk.
He proved to be a hard worker who put in long hours every day and knew a lot about ranching.
For weeks, the two of them worked, and the ranch was doing very well. Then one day, the rancher's widow said to the hired hand, "You have done a really good job, and the ranch looks great. You should go into town and kick up your heels." The hired hand readily agreed and went into town one Saturday night.
One o'clock came, however, and he didn't return.
Two o'clock and no hired hand.
Finally he returned a round two-thirty, and upon entering the room, he found the rancher's widow sitting by the fireplace with a glass of wine, waiting for him.
She quietly called him over to her..
"Unbutton my blouse and take it off," she said.
Trembling, he did as she directed. "Now take off my boots."
He did as she asked, ever so slowly.. "Now take off my socks."
He removed each gently and placed them neatly by her boots.
"Now take off my skirt."
He slowly unbuttoned it, constantly watching her eyes in the fire light. "Now take off my bra.." Again, with trembling hands, he did as he was told and dropped it to the floor.
Then she looked at him and said, "If you ever wear my clothes into town again, you're fired."

I would use a rubber tool to get to the front element. Use a micro fiber cloth with some alcohol to see if it comes off.
If you want to send it out, you could try Vermont Camera Works (close to you in Pittsford, Vt.). Jim's prices are fair and he does good work.
I wouldn't try using a hot hair dryer for 20 minutes as that may get some oil to seep onto the aperture blades.

Try putting the bottom cover back on, but not tightening to much.
Or you could try finding a thin rubber washer and putting it around the tripod mount then put the bottom back on.
Or cutting a piece or two of some sticky backed foam and putting it on the bottom where it wont interfere with any moving parts.

About 6-7 years ago I was asked to sell a friends dads collection of mostly Exaktas and German lenses (Meyer Optic & Zeiss).
Wish I had kept a few.
This instruction card was in with the lenses:

Try gripping the round black piece with a rubber jar lid remover or even a thick rubber band.
You should be able to get the lens or lens group out.
I wouldn't try going in from the front to get to the rear element(s)

Rodney,
I have two Asahi Pentax M42 adapters that I would sell.
One has the spring clip removed (which some people find easier to use).
$35.00 for the one with the clip, $27.50 without the clip.
Plus $3.00 shipping

The ad is expired. I tried to do a new one, but could not add any pics.
Is there a way to simply renew the ad?
