Aside from Flickr, I'm also using Google Photos. But, recently (a couple of days ago) I came across ImgBB ? Upload Image ? Free Image Hosting It's free and it's fast. The only limitation I see is a 16mb file limit. It's got a lot of nice features for linking, too.

Flickr allows you 1 TERABYTE... free. I've been with them for years and have had no problems other than they change the format every now and then. I also use Google + as a back-up and sometimes to share out images.

Many thanks for the comments, all. Cowbird behavior is not unlike MANY other birds. I was surprised to learn that quite a few birds destroy the eggs of birds replacing them with their own eggs. Of course, they are the ones you'd expect -- starlings, grackles, etc. They behavior at the feeders are no different than others I've noted at my feeders. In fact, I find them better-behaved that starlings and grackles.

Male Brown-headed Cowbird. Not a lot of detail but I liked the poses against that green background.

This juvenile grackle still squawks and flutters to be fed my the adults. Just like humans!! These were rather tricky to get any real detail due to a LOT of backlight.

Yes, that too. It showed the face of war for what it was. It took the "glory" out of it and showed the horrors. It is said that the American Civil War wiped out almost a whole generation in the South. There were more casualties in that war than all the wars the U.S. has fought put together. Indeed, a horrific image.

The American Civil War continues to fascinate people of all nations. There are many facets of it that make it interesting. Amongst other things: it introduced trench warfare; it was the first war fought with "modern" weaponry; it was the last war fought in the Napoleonic style (men lined up marching at each other and then firing at each other at close range). When I attended the 150th Anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg Reenactment Gettysburg 150th | Flickr I learned that over 16,000 reenactors (registered), over 400 horses, about 100+ cannons - to put things in perspective, there were approximately tens times that number of participants in the actual battle. I got my first-ever REAL media pass. There were photographers and reenactors from all over the WORLD! Poland, Spain, England, Australia, Russia, to name a few. Crowds averaged 30,000-40,000 and, for the most part, were VERY well-behaved. Due to political correctness, the number of reenactments has dwindled in recent years. I'm glad I got to photograph quite a few of the major battle reenactments while they are still "allowed".

These guys haven't been around for a LONG time. This one was scoping out the new feeding station with deep curiosity. Hopefully, they'll be coming by more often.

Thanks, Tony. A Bigma is the Sigma 50mm-500mm. I find it and exceptional lens for just about anything that requires you to "get out there". It's hardly a "walkabout" lens but it is my weapon of choice.
