It's a great lens, if only the autofocus would be quicker. If only Pentax could give us a firmware update to avoid the autofocus go always towards the minimal focal length rather than vers infinite whenever it looses focus with BIF, it would make it hunt shorter. But hey, its sharp and weather sealed, took it out for hours on end in the rain with my K5 and never had any issues, it is a though cookie
