Title The Moon visits UFTG
Description Oh. Look!

The Moon has decided to make a visit to UFTG. It was just on a quarter-past-four in the morning (UTC+11) of PENTAX World Day -- "Pentaxium" -- Event 7 – 10th October 2009.

Other than the tail-lights of a solitary car, nobody was stirring. Fortunately I was able to record the event for you all.

This is an in-camera double exposure. One of the lovely features provided by the PENTAX engineers, for our enjoyment. The Moon was captured at f2.8 for 1/1600s, the ground at f4.0 for 0.8s. ISO was fixed at 200, and I used the SMC DA* 200/2.8 lens.

Wow, Nice photo! Two widely different exposures on one frame.

How do you do an in camera double exposure? I though that was a feature of the newer model, I have an istD and K100 and never saw double exposure instructions. I take a photo and it is saved on the memory card. How do I hold it in memory to be combined with another frame?
