This is a Great image i am new to Photography, but i must ask not to offend but did you use photoshop to get this great look or is it all camera and lens ?

No offense. It's a HDR made of 5 exposures. I used Photomatix to do the job. But actually HDR is not especially needed if you can take the picture at the right time (the so called "blue hour"). I prefer to avoid HDR if possible as this is more time consuming and often introduce artifacts. In this case I had no choice, I was traveling with my wife and the Barking Crab being full, we had to wait until they had a free place for us.

I also made a B&W version which I slightly prefer, this one is in my PPG and Flickr.
