While sitting at my IMac I felt someone watching me, and there, two meters away, there was this male Common Black Bird sitting on the balcony railing. I had a DA21 on the K-5, in the other end of the room, so I carefully moved over and grabbed it for a smashing shot through the balcony door window. Shouldn't have worried - this was taken with the third lens I tried, my Sigma 120-400.
A bit of noise, of course, but the daylight was fading fast, so what do you expect?!
