First New Year's Eve with the K-5 (Tamron 10-24, Gitzo tripod, Manfrotto head). Not really knowledgable about taking pictures like this, I tried maximum shutter (30 seconds), and minimal ISO (80). It was a gale blowing so the rocket stars look weird, and for comfort, we stayed on our balcony.
