Thanks for all of the comments. Apparently, my monitor undersaturates photos. And I may have over adjusted the saturation. With respect to the sharpness of the barn, the resolution of my previous submission might be too low. Here is the original size, saved in lower quality JPEG. I have picked a different location. See if this is better.
I used K5 and ISO400. I am not sure why there is more noise than expected. I have no problem with my K5 at ISO1600 during daylight. I did find that noise could be a big issue for dark scenes. Perhaps I should try ISO100 instead?
I also changed the proportion and made it more horizontal. There is less sky.
