Title stardrops
Description Because it came really close to being accepted I decided to give a go at editing an re-submitting this photograph. Only compositional I scored under the required score, so I looked at all the comments and fixed some spots due to sensor (or possible some dust inside the 50 years old takumar), mirrored the whole picture, did a slight crop to remove some of the out of focus drops but not to much to keep most of the bokeh background (and a little OOF subject to the sides actually doesn't bother me personally).

I hope I did enough, I would like to see a photograph with this preset macro takumar (not the bellows!) in the PEG, especially this one because it's a homage to this small but really good lens with this almost unique star-shaped diaphragm at f8 (in fact I guess it's my sharpest lens ever )

regards, Margriet

I'm glad to see you like it

The star-shaped bokeh comes from the diaphragm shape at f5,6 to f8 the 8 aperture blades of this lens form a star-shape ...
