Title	Moon over The Gunnison
Description	I came to this spot looking to shoot the sunset and reflection on ice downstream or even through some if it had buckled. Clouds looked good but when it came down to it the sunset ended up pretty gray. I decided to turn around and walk upstream to get the moon rising over the canyon instead. After trying some different lenses and positions, my favorite was this image using my K-3 and Rokinon 8mm fisheye. The clouds in the background radiating my from the moon were just the icing on the cake.

Smirf Junior Member	Moon over The Gunnison I really like the composition of the photo and the story behind it. When you are out and about in nature looking for a specific shot it is really interesting to find a something else instead, the moon in this case, that turns out at least as good. Moments like that and the hunt for the shot is often to me more entertaining than the picture I end up with on my computer screen.
