Note the 1.5 second exposure - I held the camera body firmly against a piece of stonework and used the self timer.
If you visit the city, I recommend the guided tour of the parts of the Cathedral not open to casual visitors (but not if you don't like heights or narrow spiral staircases). The tour takes you above the decorated ceiling in this shot, and along a walkway between it and the roof, on the way to the base of the spire.
