Agama Lizard
| Description |
A blue headed Agama Lizard (Name in Afrikaans: Bloukop Koggelmander).
This male is still very young, they grow to more than twice this size and the colours darken. The front half is blue and the tail side is orange. A very pretty little creature. When alerted they move their head up and down, as if they are mocking you and say: 'I am watching you.'
Normally you would not get this close to them, but I rescued this one from my cat and he was still a little bit dazed after the ordeal.
