Bird of Prey
Given that we can't see much of the animal (and that I'm not anything vaguely close to a European ornithologist) my first guess would be an Imperial Eagle (Aquila heliaca). I can't see any crest on its back, but it looks very much like an eagle, its plumage seems to be about right (head and shoulders), and it's in the right part of the world. I'd also guess from the beak that it's mature (assuming that they follow the pattern of certain other birds and have a dark beak as a baby that lightens up as it grows out).
You'd need a real pro to be certain from the limited information, though.
On the image, what's the background? There's some kind of pattern in the bokeh.
