Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception pano
| Description |
This is a 3-shot vertical panorama of an ethereal cathedral in Portland, Maine I shot yesterday for World Pentax Day. The full pano is 14 shots, sweeping up from the floor to halfway across the entire vaulted ceiling, but when I thought about making its longest side only 850 pixels, I realized how miniscule it would look! So, I used only 3 shots to get this, and it still seems to view at a good size. It was taken with my Pentax 10-17 mm fisheye at 17 mm at f/16, exposures of 1.5 sec, ISO 200 (to make exposure time shorter due to a mass being about to start!) I put it together in PS CS3, denoised and sharpened slightly. --Cindy | Camera | Pentax K10D | Lens | Pentax 10-17 mm DA fisheye | Location |
