Desert Fence Line

The only thing I don't like is the shadow on the moutain to the right of the photo. Otherwise, great texture. Very nice!

Desert Fence Line

You said you wanted comments, so I'm going to throw in my two-cents worth.

Great subject material, good lines, nice range across most of the shade range.

Lines are great, but there are too many of them.

There is a nice convergence going on in the fence row tops, wires and bases. That's dominant, and pulls the eye in perfectly from left center and left bottom to

There's a secondary line convergence going on with the cloud lines from left top and left near-center to somewhere on the right.

The conflict between these two converging series is rather dissonant. The image is quite good, but not excellent, because of the strife beween the two convergences. I don't know whether it could be done any better on the day it was photographed, because you were relying on the natural processes of the clouds. On a clear day, perhaps it would be better.

Good image, not quite excellent. I'd like to give it a 4.5, but will have to round down to a 4.
