I'm new to the group. Pentax people are the best.
I haven't used this on any of my film cameras (two K1000, P30t, SFXn and two MX), only the *ist DL. Not bad but not great. Needs to be stopped down a bit for decent quality. Construction quality leaves a lot to be desired. At least I didn't pay very much for it.
This is my only Pentax zoom. I have a number of M-series primes (28 f/2.8, 50 f/1.4, 135 f/3.5, 150 f/3.5 and 200 f/4) so I'm spoiled.
Some day I'll figure out how to use a non "A" lens on the digital and watch my Vivitar Series 1 28-90 blow this one out of the water. |
