I recently acquired this lens, and am very impressed by the quality of construction and the ingenuity involved. Even the rotating/detachable tripod collar is superb!! I did not realize how unique the tripod collar is, and am fortunate that the lens and collar are virtually pristine. Focusing both manual and autofocus are excellent!! Image quality is very sharp - This is a wonderful lens.
