Good low budget zoom. I paid too much (brand new a 10 years ago?), but I would not survive without it. The body is made of plastic and the "zoom tube" is a bit loose inside it, so it shifts a bit when rotating the focus ring by hand. Also, it is heavy, combine to the fact that the zoom ring rotate easily, you end up with the zoom that slides when your camera is pointing up or down. You have to hold it tight :-(
I think that below 200$ I would not hesitate buying it. |
