Impact Light Stand / Reflector Holder and Large Reflector

Examples in Use

As mentioned in the previous section, it was a cold, windy day. The reflector worked great and the stand withstood the wind and uneven ground. There were no clouds in the sky, so we positioned ourselves in the shade for this shoot.

A reflector is great for this type of situation bouncing some nice light on the subject. A flash was mounted to a tripod and placed a couple feet from the reflector. I'll use the same picture to give you an idea of how it was set up:

I had the flash set at 1/16 power and stood right behind and to the side of the reflector (to avoid any light spilling to the camera from the flash) and with my favorite lens, the FA 43 Limited took a few photos.

Keep in mind these photos could have been taken without the flash and reflector, but with that little extra fill light it makes a big difference in spreading the light evenly and reducing harsh shadows.
