Making of "Martini Spashdown"
Flash Settings
I set both flashes to -5 EV compensation, but turned them on in Wireless Mode, which is accomplished, at least in the AF 360 by putting the OFF-ON switch in the middle position between both OFF and ON. The Ready/Test light should blink instead of being a steady oranage. In-camera (I used the K-5, but I have also used the K20D for this) one puts the flash mode to Wireless Mode. And within the Custom Menu, choose option 21, Flash in Wireless Mode: 2--Fires built-in-flash as controller in the wireless mode.
Then, I set up the camera with my Pentax FA 50mm f/1.4 at f/11, 1/60 sec, +5EV, ISO 200. I chose f/11 because that allows for as much of the image as possible to be in-focus. In order to trigger the two flashes when I took the pictures, I had to pop up the top of the camera flash as a wireless trigger. It makes a small flash that triggers them.
