What's in the Box
The Pentax DA 50mm F1.8 package includes the lens, a clip on front cap, and a rear lens cap B. The rear lens cap slips on over the bayonet portion of the lens. The lens does not include a case or hood. The recommended optional accessories are the S70-70 soft case and the RH-RA52mm lens hood. You might want to purchase a regular rear lens cap, if you don't have an extra one, as the one that's included is the cheaper push-on kind, and does not utilize the lens's bayonet.

The Pentax D FA 50mm F2.8 Macro package includes the lens, a PH-RBC 49mm lens hood, a clip on front cap, a rear cap, and a S80-80 lens pouch. The PH-RBC lens hood does not have a small window, like some of the larger hoods, to allow adjustment of front filters without removing the hood.
In addition to the accessories mentioned above, each box also includes a lens manual and a warranty card.
