Pentax DA* 60-250mm F4 Review

Specifications

The Pentax DA* 60-250mm zoom lens is designed exclusively for digital cameras.  While user tests suggest that it coves more than the APS-C image circle, it is only meant for APS-C cameras.  It will function and autofocus on film SLRs that do not require an aperture ring, but you may experience vignetting due to the insufficient lens circle.

Below are the official specifications for the 60-250mm:

As this is a DA-series lens, modern Pentax DSLRs will support in-camera distortion and aberration correction when this lens is mounted.

The front portion of this lens is treated with Pentax's Super Protect (SP) coating, making it more resistant to dust and scratches, and easier to clean.
