Below is a small collection of sample photos taken with the Pentax K-500 and the DA L 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 kit lens. All photos are based on in-cemera JPEGs taken with default settings (the "Bright" custom image preset). Post-processing was minimal and limited to cropping and adjusting levels.
