Pros: sharp lens, nice colors, good small lens
Cons: on big posters visible few CA's wide open, especially in the corners
Sharpness: 9    Aberrations: 8    Bokeh: 9    Handling: 8    Value: 10    Camera Used: k-5, k 200d, Fuji x-t100

Cosinon lenses are sold under other different labels as
f.e. Revuenon, Porst, Exakta, Via Brillant and Carenar a.s.o.., inspite the start aperture will be perhaps by approximately 3.0 - indicated 2.8. It doesn't matter.

They are all 4/4-element constructions

++ very good center sharpness wide open

+++ Sharpness is excellent, especially at f 5.6-11 from center to midframe

+/++ no remarkable center CAs

o/+ some few edge CAs wide open, disappearing nearly totally stopped down

++ high contrast

++ nice colors

highly recommended for this low price

75 LP/mm = 150 black and white lines per mm is a semi-professional value (with Fuji APS-C 24 MP-sensor)

same values for 24 and 28 and 50 mm Cosinons

Pros: sharp, lightweight
Cons: slower than other 2.8

Got this one in mechanically bad condition together with an old camera body for almost no money.

Very small and lightweight for a 1335/2.8 but IMO also slower than my other 135 2.8 lenses. So effectively may be more something like f=3.2.

Gives nice sharp images, but I did not use it that much because aperture is broken in my copy and all in all I prefer the COSINON AUTO MC 135 2.8.

Pros: fast, sharp, good built quality, relatively compact
Cons: long max. focus distance, (no ‘A’ setting)

I got this lens together with an old camera and some other random lenses quite cheaply. So I definitely payed much less than this lens is worth.
It performs pretty good and its nice built quality make it a pleasure to use. Due to its wide apearture f/2.8 it is very nice for people photography!

taken with K5 at f/2.8, ISO 200.
