| | Recently got this tiny lens.
Altough it makes non sense to compare it with some other great lenses that exist in this focal lenght, it has pretty decent IQ, is sharp enough stopped down and has very low light fall off in the corners.
The handling is not so good (at least in my copy). As the aperture control is located at the front, the typical operation in M42 lens (focus wide open, then close diaphragm and shoot) is impossible because when you close after focusing, the focus ring will also rotate, losing it. You have to use both hands for the operation, needing a third one to hold the camera.
Despite this, the lens is ultra portable and its metallic construction makes it look as it will last forever.
And it also looks great on a digital body
