Pros: | Cheap, good color rendition and fairly sharp | Cons: | no "A" setting, pretty hefty for a small lens | | I picked this lens up because I wanted a completely manual lens to understand what would be needed to use one on my K100D Super. Also I wanted a 28mm prime to use as well. From using the lens I find that it performs very well for my needs and would recommend it to anyone wanting to start out with a cheap prime. I will say that my lens is one of two versions out in the wild. This lens has a 55mm filter thread while the other has a 52mm filter thread. Below are some pictures I've taken with this lens: | |
