This lens actually produces quite a nice image, the only unfortunate thing is the aesthetics, this may be a trivial fact to some, but I generally lean towards a lens I like the look of combined with functionality and image quality

A little Russian lens, and true, it's not a winner in the beauty contest, looks, feels, turns CCCP with a touch of Cold War and Breznev. However, you cannot beat this tiny lens for the price! No Way. Compare it with an Elmar f/3.5, and you will be surpris(z)ed.
Now, I can think about 150 lenses before buying this one, however, at 10-20 USD, can you go wrong? Stopped down a bit and it will do all you need and more, get a very good one, and you have Jack-Pot, get a real bad one, throw it away. and, be careful getting it from Russia, or "The East", try at home, there's enough of them amongst the "Old Dudes"
