| | Found this manual focus, manual aperture lens in a thrift store for $8.00.
Never heard of Mitakon before, but took a small chance.
When paired with my K20D it did great, but with the crop sensor it was a little too much lens for the camera.
However, when mounted on my K1 the full frame capability came out in force!
This lens is highly accurate with great contrast and detail. easy to handle and feels very solid. there is no way of knowing the age of this lens and it is difficult to tell because it is in very good condition. It takes up only a tiny bit more space than my Pentax-M 200mm prime and weighs about the same too.
It's a great little lens! | |
