Pros: Collectible. Sharp at f8 and beyond.
Cons: Weight
Sharpness: 6    Aberrations: 6    Bokeh: 7    Handling: 8    Value: 8    Camera Used: Canon 600d

Not really a review but some more infos. As said before, The lens is not really f3, 3 but closer to f4.
Note that there are 4 versions of 200mm f3, 3 and the brands list you mention applies to different versions.
There is a Makina with a 67mm filter thread. Probably the worst.
Then there is the one on top of this test, a more recent improved Makina with a 62mm thread.
Then a Makina made with an extra forward focusing “macro setting ring”
Finally, a very different Cymko made with a 62mm thread, and much better minimum focusing distance. That lens is considered the best of the lot.

Pros: Cheap but better than one might expect!
Cons: See text.
Sharpness: 9    Aberrations: 5    Handling: 7    Value: 10    Camera Used: K-5

I bought a Hanimex 200mm F3.3 M42 today along with a case (not branded) and a Canon LENS MOUNT CONVERTER P.
The price was too good to miss, it has an auto pin and M and A switch, a little dust in it but all works smoothly apart from the incorporated hood which is loose and annoying.
I also have a Makinon 200mm F3.3 with Konica AR mount to compare it to and there is a difference, the Makinon has a minimum aperture of F16, not F22 that the Hanimex boasts.
I have an image of them both side by side, the rest of the lenses are near enough similar to assume they are probably the same lens.

Good points;
Obviously cheap, I would have been happy with a $20 price tag, Sharper than many budget zooms at 200mm, probably on a par with my Chinon 200mm F3.5. It is a prime and F8-11 are sharp enough for me.
It seems well made and has the A-M switch so the auto pin does not have to come into play with my Pentax M42 to K adapter.

Bad points;
It is quite heavy but not unwieldy on my K-5, a Kr or Kx might notice the weight a lot more.
F3.3 is a little soft and the lens only has full stops.
The wider apertures provide CA (purple and green seen so far) but F8 onwards is good.
The A-M switch is too close to the aperture ring and camera and very easy to move but changing the aperture with fat fingers can also move the A-M switch.
As I mentioned earlier the hood has a loose fit.

I'm rating this an 8, which might seem excessive but the value for money is so good. Incidentally both my lenses have a 67mm filter thread, not 62mm.

Pros: Cheap, compact, light weight
Cons: Very soft wide open and not very sharp.
Sharpness: 7    Aberrations: 8    Bokeh: 8    Handling: 6    Value: 7    Camera Used: Pentax K-1

Wide open this lens is so soft it can hardly be used except for shooting portraits in subdued light if you are after a soft effect. What is to be expected of a lens that has a F3.3 aperture and 62mm front element (Most F3.5 lenses are 67mm) Softness doesn't entirely go away at 5.6 (no stop between, but you can use the aperture between stops). At F8 it is acceptable, but sharpness is nothing to write home about. Close focussing distance is three meters which is quite long. because of it's softness and low contrast it is quite hard to focus accurately, even in live view. Stopping down will clear it up a bit but also darken the viewfinder. I haven't noticed overly irritating fringing in the lens.

Edit: I found out the front element was screwed out quite far causing some crazy coma so I did a reshoot an revaluation. Sharpness and Handling (focussing became easier) and Value earned an extra point also raising the overal score to 7. It is still not supersharp and quite soft wide open, so no 8.

Overall if you want a more compact 200mm lens you are better of getting and F4 (Like the Pentax-m 200mm F4).

Sample at three stops (notice the strange wideness difference in the bottle? This is not the lens but rolling shutter effect in electronic shutter mode).

reshoot:

When I get some decent shots out of it. I will report back. Btw, mine is not the K-mount but the m42 version, The Prinzflex brand was a store brand from Dixons. The lens was made by Makina optical known for Makinon lenses. They also made this lens for different other brands.

The lens on the K-1:

Edit: some extra images. I will not change scoring because i think a was already too lenient on it.

No softness with the sun in your back. Probably because of the very direct lighting of the subject

More subdued light shows the soft wide open character:

Direct sunlight hitting the same bottle with little other light to interfere and it is sharp:

Focussed a bit further and stopped down:

I think this lens is especially bad a focussing close even though it's CFD is 3 meters. 5 meters is Probably a better idea. The softness is probably due to field curvature at those distances combined with an unsophisticated lens design. There are better 200mm lenses out there. In fact most are. Don't be tempted by the 3.3 spec and just get a 3.5.

I bought this len in an auction. I don't find any information about this len and I didn't find any picture sample made with this len and i am surprised with the general quality and the sharpness of the len.
This is a probe a made when arrived
